Aubrey O’Day‘s big mouth has landed her in hot water again … only this time it’s not because of what she said … it’s what she sang.
The “Celebrity Apprentice” contestant is being sued over a segment in the finale of her Oxygen reality show, “All About Aubrey” … in which she sings on top of a track produced by her friend Adonis Shropshire.
Here’s the rub — according to the suit, Adonis created that particular beat for ANOTHER artist and didn’t have the right to pass it on to Aubrey.
Now, the company that claims it owns the beat is suing Aubrey, Oxygen and Adonis … alleging they all contributed to the alleged beat jackery.
The company is suing for unspecified damages — and an order preventing Aubrey from performing the song ever again.

Jack Osbourne‘s adorable bulldog Lola — who famously tore up couches and peed all over the place on the family’s MTV reality show — has died at the age of 12.
Lola wasn’t just a reality star … she was a Twitter sensation as well, racking up more than 8,800 followers.
Jack broke the news a few hours ago … tweeting, “Thank you all for the kind words about @PrincessLolaO it’s nice to know she was loved by so many people.”
He added, “Lola you were the best friend anyone could ever have. I will love you and miss you always. RIP @PrincessLolaO 00-12.”
Lola’s Twitter page was also updated with a message … reading, “Thank you ALL for your kind words. I’m in a better place now. Heaven needs a new princess : )”

WWE heavyweight champion CM Punk is lashing back at Chris Brown … claiming the singer isn’t just a liar … but a total “coward” who never truly “paid” for what he did to Rihanna.
Punk released a video statement moments ago … in response to Brown’s allegations that he’s a steroid-abuser with an inadequate penis.
In his video, Punk starts out by saying he’s ” a proud life long drug free straight edge individual” … and then spends the next minute BLASTING Brown.
“Chris and I come from different worlds. I don’t have an assistant. I don’t have a body guard. I don’t have a manager or a PR person telling me to delete tweets like Chris does, and I don’t hit women. Period.”
He adds, “[Chris] has made the wrong accusations to the wrong person because I can defend myself.”
Punk then challenges Brown to a no-holds barred fight for charity … and says, “I will choke you out and I will make you feel as weak and as powerless and scared and alone as any woman who has the misfortune of knowing a sad cowardly little boy such as yourself.”
Your move, Chris.

Rihanna and Chris Brown have reconciled … at least professionally … because the former couple have collaborated on 2 brand new songs.
It’s only been 3 years since Brown pummeled Rihanna’s face during a late night argument in L.A. … but the singer and her ex-con ex-BF have each released songs featuring the other’s voice. One is a remix of Rihanna’s song, “Birthday Cake” and the other is a new version of Chris Brown’s, “Turn Up the Music (below).”
Both songs hit the Internet this week … and both Rihanna and Brown have been pushing the songs on Twitter.
The songs seem to prove the rumors … that Rihanna has forgiven Brown and is willing to move on. Earlier this week, Brown tweeted Rihanna “Happy Birthday” … and Rihanna actually responded, “Thanks.”
Rihanna is currently in London (see photo above) … and Chris Brown was most recently seen in Miami.
As we previously reported, Brown is currently in a relationship with a woman named Karrueche Tran … and we’re told the two seem very happy together.

Jeremy London is adamant he’s NOT a transient … despite allegations in legal docs … and to prove it, the actor went to dinner last night at one of the most EXPENSIVE places in L.A.
As TMZ previously reported, London was recently charged with domestic violence for allegedly beating up his baby mama in Palm Springs … and in legal documents, he was described as homeless.
But last night, a well-dressed Jeremy was leaving Boa steakhouse in Hollywood and told us, “I’ve never been homeless … people just wanna believe silly stuff.”
The former “Party of Five” and “7th Heaven” star says he’s got a new job, too … producing and directing a new movie … and he tells us, “I’m happier than I’ve been in 15 years.”
As for the domestic violence allegations, London is confident he’ll be vindicated … telling us, “I didn’t do anything.”

The D.A. is alarmed that Dr. Conrad Murray is asking the trial judge to spring him from the pokey while he appeals his conviction in the death of Michael Jackson — arguing Murray is a danger to society.
According to the new docs, obtained by TMZ, prosecutors say Murray has shown no remorse for his “reckless and criminal conduct that directly caused Michael Jackson’s death.” In other words, the D.A. says Murray just doesn’t get it, and he could engage in the same conduct again if the judge lets him loose.
The D.A. also claims Murray is a flight risk, because he no longer has strong ties to California now that his medical license has been revoked.
As for Murray’s grounds for appealing the conviction, the D.A. claims they’re all bogus. The D.A. makes mention of the judge’s decision to exclude Dr. Arnold Klein‘s testimony. Klein gave MJ scores of Demerol shots in the months preceding his death, but the D.A. says no traces of the drug were found in MJ’s body at the time of his death.

“Teen Mom 2” star Leah Messer was brutally attacked by 3 women outside of a movie theater in West Virginia this weekend … multiple sources tell TMZ.
19-year-old Leah is telling friends and family … she had just left the theater with her fiance Sunday night when an older woman began following her and calling her names.
We’re told Leah insists she tried to tell the woman to leave her alone … when 2 other girls appeared out of nowhere and the three chicks opened a can of whoopass all over Leah’s face.
Sources say Leah’s fiance, and a security guard, managed to pull the three women off the MTV star … and got out of the area.
TMZ obtained a photo of Leah’s face following the brawl … which shows a swollen cheek and redness on her neck and chest.
We’re told Leah did not recognize any of her attackers … but Leah’s mother has since gone to Twitter in an effort to try and identify the assailants.
Sources say Leah plans to follow up with police later today to file a report.

Terrence Howard is having a bad day … ’cause the actor has just been ordered to write a big, fat check to a woman he accused of being an evil racist … his wife.
Howard was in L.A. County Superior Court today to deal with his exceptionally nasty divorce from Michelle Ghent Howard … and was ordered to shell out more than $50,000 to hold her over until they hammer out a long-term arrangement.
Here’s the breakdown … the judge ruled that Michelle needs:
– $10k in temporary support for rent, food, etc.
– $20k so she can pay her lawyers
– $20k so she can pay her accountants
– and $1,800 per month for her Range Rover car payments
Terrence has to fork over the dough within 30 days.
As TMZ previously reported, Terrence HATES Michelle with a passion … claiming she often called him a “n**ger” … tried to extort him … and even threatened to have him killed by “The Russians.”
Michelle also HATES Terrence … and claims he violently assaulted her on numerous occasions since they tied the knot back in 2010.
Both sides are due back in court in 60 days. Bet they can’t wait.

Joe Jackson screwed up by filing a Michael Jackson wrongful death lawsuit against AEG and Dr. Conrad Murray … a judge has just ruled.
Joe filed his wrongful death lawsuit AFTER Katherine Jackson filed hers — on her own behalf and on behalf of the kids.
It’s unclear why Joe didn’t try to join in Katherine’s suit rather than filing a separate one on his own. It’s possible Katherine didn’t want him.
Whatever the reason, the judge said you can’t have 2 suits that allege the exact same thing, and since Katherine filed first Joe loses.
Joe could now try to horn in on Katherine’s legal action — if she’ll let him.
